Lecrae talks New Album, Andre 3000, Anderson .Paak, Vulnerability

Hard Knock Tv’s Nick Huff Barili sits down with Lecrae for in-depth interview at Truth Studios. Part 3 starts with Lecrae giving insight into a post his has on twitter about people needing to share their scars so that wounded people know that its possible to heal. Nick and Lecrae extend that thought to hip hop and the need for artists to be vulnerable so fans can see that they too go through things like depression and so forth. As the conversation switches, Lecrae talks about his up coming 8th studio album. Both “Blessings” and Ill Find You” will be part of it and album will be out this summer! Lecrae opens up about a track he collaborated on with Anderson .Paak that did not make the album because someone did not clear it. The album will feature Tori Kelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Metro Boomin and more. When asked who he hasn’t worked on that he would like to Lecrae mentioned Kendrick Lamar, J Cole and Andre 3000.
